We are currently seeking an LPN to be responsible for monitoring the client's on-going addiction, recovery, psychiatric, and medical needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team members to implement addiction, recovery and/or psychiatric treatment plan developed by lead clinical team.





REQUIREMENTS:





EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:


o Currently licensed in Virginia as an LPN





EXPERIENCE:


o Minimum of two (2) years experience in addictions/psychiatric nursing


o Experience in nursing protocols, patient assessment





KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


o Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations


o Computer skills, ie: Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of EMR
