Our Proposal and Marketing Department is looking for an experienced and motivated Proposal Manager to join our team. This position offers the career-minded individual the unique opportunity to be a team leader, supporting high profile proposals across multiple operating divisions and disciplines throughout the company.

The candidate will ensure effective communications and coordination with operating divisions, and timely preparation and delivery of high quality, compliant and competitive proposal products. Specifically: parse RFPs; develop and manage outlines, compliance matrices and proposal schedules; lead development of proposal plan and kickoff material, including theming and discriminators; conduct kickoff and checkpoint meetings; perform development and vetting of proposal content, lead all review cycles and incorporate feedback; lead proposal production; and monitor and measure proposal progress and completion status.


+ Bachelor's degree in related field

+ Four (4) or more years hands-on proposal management experience with federal government proposals

+ Excellent time management and organization skills

+ In-depth knowledge of how to analyze a solicitation and structure a proposal to be compliant, responsive, and competitive

+ Ability to motivate and energize a team to produce a winning proposal

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people who possess a variety of skills, experience, and personalities

+ Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Adobe CS is a plus.

+ Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

- This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
