+ The full timeProgram Manageris responsible for the overall management of the clinical program in accordance with established policies and procedures.

+ Provide direct clinical care, crisis intervention and case management services to clients.

+ Supervise Residential Specialist and Residential Coordinators assigned to the program.

+ Establish and support consistent philosophical approach to addictions treatment.

+ Program clients reside within the Adult Residential Program and attend the Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program. Clients are funded through Medicaid. Significant case management and compliance related responsibilities are required of the Program Manager.



+ Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field

+ CSAC in Virginia

+ Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) in Virginia preferred


+ Combination of substance abuse counseling and supervisory experience


+ Prior management experience essential; demonstrated ability to perform under pressure

+ Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

+ Familiarity with the 12-step approach

+ Experience working with diverse population

+ Experience working in hospital or medical settings

+ Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and experience with EMR


+ Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11pm most days; some days are 9am - 5:30pm
